Sale completed on 200-unit Jasmine Creek Apartments

Miami Lakes, Fla. – The Kislak Organization announces the recent sale of Jasmine Creek Apartments in Pensacola, Florida, for $16.25 million. The buyer is an affiliate of San Diego-based Pacifica Companies.
When Kislak purchased the 200-unit Jasmine Creek Apartments from Ocean Bank in December 2010, it was part of a three-property portfolio that had recently been foreclosed on.
“We successfully rehabilitated the properties and the operations of the entire Jasmine portfolio and are proud to have provided enhanced housing options for Pensacola residents,” said Tom Bartelmo, president and CEO of the Kislak Organization. “We have owned and operated in the Pensacola market since 1989, and continue to look for new opportunities.”
Kislak is actively seeking new acquisitions in Florida and throughout the Sun Belt. The Kislak multifamily portfolio comprises nearly 1,600 units in properties nationwide.
