Combining expertise and resources adds value to multifamily investments

Miami Lakes, Florida, and Salt Lake City, Utah – The Kislak Organization and Cottonwood Residential have forged a partnership that brings together two companies with extensive experience and successful track records in multifamily ownership and management. The two companies are now co-investing in several Kislak properties, Kislak has invested in the Cottonwood REIT, and Kislak’s property management company has merged into Cottonwood Residential.
The Cottonwood property management portfolio of more than 20,000 multifamily units now includes approximately 2,000 units at eight Kislak properties in Florida, Texas and Nevada. The two companies plan to expand the partnership moving forward and acquisitions teams at Kislak and Cottonwood are seeking multifamily projects for future co-investments.
