Six-building office park added to Kislak’s South Florida portfolio

Miami Lakes and Plantation, Fla. – The Kislak Organization announces the acquisition of Plantation Professional Park. The medical and office complex is located at 6710 – 6834 West Sunrise Boulevard in Plantation, Florida, and its six single-story buildings total 63,000 square feet on 7.84 acres. The purchase price for the property was $5.15 million, and Florida Community Bank is the lender. Scott O’Donnell and Greg Miller of Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Commercial Team represented the seller.

Kislak plans to invest in substantial exterior capital improvements, including roofs, mansards and fascia; paint and stucco; and parking surfaces, landscaping and lighting; as well as interior renovations to make the suites market-ready. The property also features vacant land offering the potential for additional office space or parking.
Plantation Professional Park fronts Sunrise Boulevard and is just 1.5 miles west of the Florida Turnpike and 4.4 miles west of I-95. It offers ample free parking, is located near Westside Regional Medical Center, and is surrounded by a thriving residential area with more than 425,000 residents within a 5-mile radius.
