Thomas Bartelmo
President and CEO
Thomas Bartelmo is an experienced business and financial executive who has been a key part of Kislak since 1995, and he serves on the board of the Kislak Organization. During his career at Kislak, Mr. Bartelmo has completed more than $2 billion of investments, transactions and financings. He has guided the firm’s investment ventures and property acquisitions, and has overseen the management and financing activities in a wide range of residential and commercial projects throughout the United States.
He also serves on the board and is CEO of the Kislak Family Foundation, is on the Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum Board, and is a member of the James Madison Council, a private-sector advisory council whose mission is to support and promote the Library of Congress.
Mr. Bartelmo earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting at Florida State University and is on the boards of the FSU Foundation and the FSU Real Estate Center. He also serves on the University of Miami Herbert Business School Real Estate Advisory Council, is on the board of the South Florida Wildlife Center, and is a member of the Chief Executives Organization and the Young Presidents’ Organization.

Cheryl Lubow
Vice President and
Tax Manager
Cheryl Lubow has been with Kislak since 1993 and was named a vice president in 1997. She was controller from 1997 to 2007 and was responsible for all accounting-related functions, including financial statement preparation, reporting to lenders and investors, and coordination of annual audits, and she was involved in real estate acquisitions. She was named tax manager for Kislak in 2007.
Ms. Lubow was formerly a senior loan accountant with a division of Lennar Corporation (Universal American Mortgage Company). She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance at Florida State University, and her master’s degree in taxation at Nova Southeastern University.

Connie Queralt
Chief Financial Officer
Connie Queralt has been involved with the Kislak Organization since 1980, with principal emphasis on accounting, auditing, lending and real estate. She is on the board of the Kislak Organization, and has served Kislak in a variety of positions, including controller and vice president of servicing for the mortgage corporation. She was also chief financial officer for Homebuilders Financial Network, LLC.
Ms. Queralt earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting at St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida.

Robert Holland
President,
Brokerage
Robert Holland joined Kislak in 1984 and became president of Kislak’s brokerage company in New Jersey in 2012. Throughout his career, Mr. Holland has consistently been among the leading brokers of apartment buildings in central and eastern Pennsylvania. With sales totaling more than $3 billion, Mr. Holland is one of Kislak’s all-time leading salespeople.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Hartwick College, and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Holland is a member of the National Multi Housing Council, the New Jersey Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia.

Jason Pucci, Esq.,
Chief Operating Officer,
Brokerage
Jason Pucci joined Kislak in 2006 and is responsible for the oversight and management of the brokerage firm’s operations, business activities and growth initiatives, including achievement of its financial and operational objectives. Since Mr. Pucci joined Kislak, the brokerage firm has closed more than 1,500 transactions valued at more than $6 billion, with Mr. Pucci personally closing more than 60 transactions valued at over $600 million.
Mr. Pucci sits on the board of the Kislak Organization, and on the advisory board of B6 Real Estate Advisors. He is also a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars and is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey and broker in New York. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Seton Hall University and a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law.
Prior to joining Kislak, Mr. Pucci was a vice president with a commercial real estate consulting firm.
