We are growth investors! We seek to partner with executives looking for growth capital to build exciting platform companies. Our main source of funding is the capital of the Kislak Organization, the Kislak Family and other investors, including (“Executive Partners”).

We prefer to be lead investors and often control investors. However, we will invest alongside proven leaders or other like-minded investors for the right opportunities in a minority voting position.

We look to invest in Companies with enterprise values of up to $100 million. We do not have a diversity parameter for individual investments.

We intend to deploy capital for the purpose of scaling businesses, penetrating existing markets, acquiring competitors, expanding product offering(s), building new facilities, etc.

We will invest in cyclical businesses at the trough of the business cycle. We are interested in creating sustainable long-term value by leveraging a competitive advantage, technology, niche or expertise in industries that are, or should be, consolidating in the current cycle.

We invest based upon a Company’s value proposition, market position, and prospects. We look for straightforward investment opportunities that we can understand and less for opportunities to recapitalize a balance sheet.

We need to feel comfortable that Management can stay focused on what made the business successful in the first place. We value patience in the pursuit of growth.
